Hand in your device at one of our specialised service points or send it to us by parcel service.
Cost transparency
If the warranty period has expired, you will receive a cost estimate by e-mail before the repair is carried out.
Electrical safety check
Most users do not realise that even the smallest part of electrical equipment can cause serious accidents and result in fires, explosions or injuries from electric shock. After the repair, we therefore carry out an electrical test in accordance with EN and IEC standards to ensure that function and safety are guaranteed.
Repair order
Simply complete the online repair order. Please always have the following information ready to fill in:
- Your copy of proof of purchase/ invoice (in case of warranty)
- The device designation and type number of your product
- Description of the problem
