Delivery & Dispatch

Our planning and warehousing guarantee the highest possible availability of goods and maximum delivery reliability.

The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days from receipt of the order.

We ship within Germany with our shipping partner GLS. Hazardous goods are usually shipped via DPD.

From a purchase value of more than €100, delivery is free of charge
Shipping costs with packaging and shipping are at flat rate of € 9
In the case of hazardous goods, there are additional charges of €15, which we have to pass on to you
If bulky goods are dispatched by a forwarding agent, you will be charged the forwarding agent's freight costs of EUR 95
For large consignments sent by forwarding agent, we will charge you the forwarding agent's total freight costs
